We always keep economic, social and environmental sustainability at the core of our business strategy, considering it an essential competitive driver for our future and that of the planet. We have therefore begun strategic planning to incorporate ESG (Environment, Society, Governance) factors into our business.

Our sustainability strategy.

Our sustainability strategy aims to create long-term shared value through sustainable development.

As a company we align ourselves with the sustainability goals of the United Nations 2030 Agenda, with a focus on inclusive economic growth, sustainable industrialization, sustainable production and consumption patterns, and partnerships for development.

Specific goals include transparent management, protecting for the future, reducing risk, and reinforcing our reputation.

Corporate governance of sustainability.

Our sustainability governance framework includes roles and responsibilities defined at the corporate level.

The Board of Directors (BoD) sets guidelines and targets, incorporates ESG risks into corporate strategies, and oversees the monitoring of these themes.

The Sustainability Working Group supports the BoD by reviewing regulations and practices, proposing internal regulatory changes, coordinating activities to identify relevant issues, and maintaining relationships with stakeholders.

Environmental themes.

We comply with environmental regulations and aim to reduce the impact of our activities. We are committed to reducing greenhouse gas emissions, increasing the recyclability of our manufacturing materials, and raising awareness of environmental issues among our suppliers. Our goals include developing a climate strategy based on Carbon Footprint and increasing recyclability of materials by 20% by 2026.

Social themes.

We foster the economic and social development of communities by empowering human resources through training and professional development. We aim to create a safe and inclusive work environment that ensures equal opportunities for all employees and strives for zero workplace accidents. Specific goals in this regard include customized career advancement paths and the creation of inter-generational working groups.

Protecting Human Rights .

We respect human rights, condemning all acts of psychological violence, bullying and discrimination. We also select our suppliers based on these values, while promoting Diversity&Inclusion in our recruitment processes.

Combating Corruption.

We embrace standards of fairness, seriousness, honesty, competence and transparency to minimize the risk of corruption. Our goals include introducing an internal reporting process in line with European whistleblowing models, and obtaining a dedicated anti-corruption certification.
